SNP SE and Spanish Common MS Enter into Strategic Partnership

  • Joint development of new market segments and increased market penetration in international transformation projects
  • Special focus on the health sector and concentration on hospital organizations

Madrid / Heidelberg, April 14, 2020 SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE (ISIN DE0007203705), a world-leading provider of transformation software and services headquartered in Heidelberg, and the Spanish IT company Common Management Solutions SL (Common MS), headquartered in Madrid, have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The contract has an initial term of three years. The agreement expands SNP’s partner network; Common MS will use SNP software in the future to increase the performance of its products and services in projects. Both partners have agreed not to disclose the contract volume.

Common MS is one of SAP’s most important partners in the healthcare sector and was named by SAP as the fastest-growing partner for the sale of on-premises license in 2019. Drawing on its considerable experience and extensive consulting expertise, the company supports its customers in setting up, expanding and optimizing SAP platforms. As one of two SAP Gold Partners worldwide in the healthcare sector, Common MS has successfully implemented the industry solution for healthcare facilities and clinical solution “SAP For Healthcare” – i.s.h.med® – in more than 25 hospital organizations with over 100 clinics.

By harnessing the SNP software CrystalBridge®, Common MS will able to carry out future transformation projects even more quickly and securely and increase customer satisfaction globally. Besides significantly helping Common MS to acquire new customers, the partnership allows its existing customers to benefit from SNP’s powerful software solutions and excellent reputation as a leading specialist for complex transformation projects and data migrations in the SAP environment.
