SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE opens Sydney headquarters

The Australian, February 26, 2019 – German based digital transformation specialist SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, has picked Sydney for its local headquarters, officially opening up shop in Australia. The company, founded in 1994 and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, aims to reduce the time and expense of business transformation projects, through deploying products like SAP.


“We are delighted that SNP now has a significant presence in almost all key global economic regions and is accessible globally for the benefit of our clients,” SNP Chief Executive Andreas Schneider-Neureither said. “Our Australia office will serve as the hub for SNP’s operations, a major step towards our strategic goal to become the global standard for software-based data transformation and to address the burgeoning potential in the ANZ region.”


The company’s regional vice-president Marcus Scott told The Australian SNP had identified key issues most government, public and private organizations are facing in their IT environments. He said that included complex interfaces, large undocumented data, business process flaws and replatforming among others


“The CIOs and decision makers realize and appreciate only highly automated software-based solutions like SNP’s can close the gap between business strategy & IT execution,” he said, adding that the firm had completed more than 10,000 transformation projects. “Our point of difference is that we take a standardised approach for transformation projects…Not starting from scratch. We bring learnings from past projects.”


Mr. Scott said SNP uses a blend of services and automation from its own software portfolio that can reduce the gap between the business and technology to near zero, accomplishing in days and weeks what can often take months or more. The firm, which has about 1300 employees globally, has a roster of clients that includes Siemens, Kellogg’s, L’Oreal, HP Enterprise, Esprit and Honda.


“Digital Transformation is still going rapidly,” Mr. Scott said. “Most companies are of the situation that they must react to the landscape around them. That can cost a lot of money but they have no choice, they must react.”
