SNP is Selected by Spectrum Brands to Separate its Global Business Unit

HEIDELBERG, Baden-Württemberg, April 2018 – SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, a leading provider of business transformation solutions, today announced an agreement to provide transformation software and services to Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SPB), a global consumer products company with a portfolio of leading brands, as it carves out its Global Batteries and Lights and Home and Personal Care Appliances divisions.

SNP software empowers companies engaging in data transformations, including carve outs, divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, and cloud migrations, to redeploy capital more rapidly. SNP automates the transformation process with software, coupled with expert services, to conduct large-scale, complex transformations.
